For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "ANQYR," "we," "us," and "our" mean ANQYR LLC. Our website is located at anqyr.com.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed through ANQYR's websites, online forms, communications, business development activities, client relationships, and related services.

This Privacy Policy does not necessarily govern personal information that ANQYR processes solely on behalf of one of our clients. In those circumstances, ANQYR may act as a service provider or processor and the client's own privacy policy may govern the relationship between that client and the individuals whose information is being processed.

This Privacy Policy also does not apply to websites, applications, or services operated independently by third parties.

Depending on the services involved, this may include information relating to a client's prospects, leads, customers, employees, contractors, or other individuals. When ANQYR processes such information on a client's behalf, the client generally determines why the information is processed and is responsible for providing legally required notices and obtaining legally required permissions or consents.
